| Currency of items will be listed in the post and my masterlist, but I will always take payments in CAD - who the GOs are open to are also stated in the post, usually just Canada and USA |

| All initial payments are ROUNDED UP to account for currency conversion to CAD/the charge to my debit/credit card. Any leftover or underpaid, will be carried into 2nd payments - this helps me make sure all payments are EXACT |
| When I ask you to send payment, please follow the instructions set in the group chat for messages/notes, usually your username for E-transfer, and left blank for Wise failure to follow this after THREE times, I will blacklist you from future gos + no refunds will be given if my account gets locked |
| I will ask for 1-3 payments (depending on the items) that includes: item price, ems, customs, taxes, proxy fees and doms |
| Backouts are strictly NOT allowed, you are responsible for finding your own replacement and letting me know all the info. I only allow backouts for certain gos — Prism Platinum & Meow Cafe or other similar types. |
| Payments must be made by the deadline set in the group chat (if I have any), if you cannot make the deadline please contact me ASAP. I will provide a new deadline for you, if you still cannot meet that without any notice or reasoning, I will ban you from joining future GOs |
| Once I ask for any payments, I will give everyone a deadline in the group chat, usually 7 days from when I asked. Please DM me ASAP if you cannot make the deadline for payments. I will also send a last reminder before the deadline |
| If you have not sent me a DM about payments within the deadline, I will usually give another 7 days to receive and if I still do not receive payment (14 days total with no communication or reasoning) I will put your items up for reclaim |
| If in any case, I cannot secure items or items get sold out, the GO will be cancelled and I will post on my story or DM you that it's been cancelled. If payments were received, this will be the only time I provide refunds |
| A group chat and Google sheets (masterlist) will be made with all joiners + claims - it is the joiner's responsibility to read all info in the chat, even if I add you later on as well as this carrd of course. If you would like me to privately DM you, please let me know ASAP otherwise, I keep the group chat frequently updated! |
| I generally don't mind keeping your items for long periods of time, as long as I am informed of doing so; within reason, I cannot keep items for more than 4-6 months. If you still haven't paid or sent shipping info, I will put all items up for reclaim without notice and absolutely no refunds - I am not a warehouse or storage space for you |
| I will NOT be chasing people and asking for payments, shipping info or pickup times etc. It is YOUR responsibility as a joiner to inform me of updates about your items. |
| Please just be a responsible joiner, it does not matter to me if you are a minor or not, just be responsible and keep me informed |
